Frequently Asked Questions and Tips
Generally speaking, a pilates holiday is primarily an activity holiday. Four hours per day are devoted to pilates, in two daily classes, and you will have time for other activities or just to relax and chill out.
The location in Kefalonia is perfect for this, with beaches or other attractions nearby. The atmosphere is often relaxed, and it is usually a great opportunity to meet other like-minded people.
This is a “holiday” rather than a “retreat”, as the emphasis is on relaxing and enjoying yourselves! There is the opportunity to learn or improve your pilates, although we still want to enjoy good meals and the occasional glass of wine too.
Linens are changed every week, with towels changed once during the week also. Pool towels are supplied.

For the pilates classes - wear the sort of clothes that you might wear to a yoga class - loose fitting top, tracksuit, and just socks or bare feet.
The weather in Kefalonia in October is similar to England in July - temperatures around 25 degrees, some chance of rain. The sea is warm enough to swim in!
